Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Paypal payments, Credit card, Debit Cards and American Express. Postal Orders and Personal Cheques are also welcomed. Delivery Acceptance:
Delivery is to the front door only and does not include positioning or unpacking.It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure goods can be delivered successfully, i.e. door access, lifting etc. Ensure all damages and shortages are signed for by the courier (keep a copy) and reported to us at the point of delivery as claims cannot be made after this. By signing the delivery note you agree that the goods have been received complete and in a satisfactory condition. Under no circumstances are we liable for consequential loss.

We do not offer items for sale on a trial basis. Thse customer must ensure that the specifications of the item are suitable prior to ordering. The customer will be liable for any aborted delivery charges.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, Prices are subject to VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated.

Any items believed to be faulty under a return to base warranty must be shipped to us within the stated warranty period under your own arrangements and cost. We shall repair the item or replace as apporopriate and return it to you. If you believe the unit has developed a fault please contact us. If the product is tested and found not faulty you will be liable for a £10.00 handling charge and cost of postage to return the product to you.

Warranty is a parts only warranty unless otherwise stated and will cover the attention and replacement of parts due to mechanical breakdown, labour will be charged seperately. Iincorrect operation, negligence, cleaning, programming, adjustmnents and issues affected by third party are not covered. In such cases a charge will be made. Dead on arrival products should be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Each request for service will be assessed at the point of request, wheteher to send out an engineer or to replace the unit. In the case of replacemnet a B grade or exchange product may replace it, subject to the units age. We will attempt to resolve service issues within 7 working days.. Some items sold with a manufacturers warranty may involve filling in a warranty card and posting to the manufacturer direct. They eill carry terms and conditions subject to the said manufacturer.

You are responsible for creating and storing backups where applicable. Products are not covered for accidental or willful damage. Business Reply Ltd accepts no liability for lost sales, profits or goodwill resulting from interruptions in the functioning of any item and/or shortfalls in the functionality.
